Shipping Policy

TENTATIVE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Thank you for visiting and shopping at TJ African Print Dresses, we proudly ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Express/Priority Orders:

  • USA, UK & Canada: 4-7 business days. 1-2 business days processing, 3-5 business days shipping.
  • International: 4-9 business days. 1-2 business days processing, 3-7 business days shipping. 

Standard International/Expedited Orders:

  • USA, UK & Canada: 7-13 business days. 3-5 business days processing, 4-8 business days shipping.   
  • International: 10-19 business days. 3-5 business days processing, 7-14 business days shipping.

Important: Weekends and holidays are not included in processing and shipping times. During sales and holiday periods, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship US, UK and international packages with DHL, and Canadian orders with Canada Post.

For US and international packages shipped with DHL, you can use On Demand Delivery to update your address, choose delivery times, and more.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We may not be able to accommodate address changes after your order is placed. Be sure to include and verify any apartment numbers.


SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Signature confirmation is available upon request.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Shipments crossing international borders may be subject to duties and taxes, as imposed by the destination country’s government. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by TJ AFRICAN PRINT DRESSES.

Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include duties and taxes, which are payable directly to your government upon delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. TJ AFRICAN PRINT DRESSES does not provide return shipping labels.

A handling fee will be applied to orders that are refused or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items will have a "Shipping Starts" date in their description, indicating when they will begin shipping.
- Processing time for express orders is 1-2 business days from this date, and 3-5 business days for standard orders.
- If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together unless you opt to split the shipment, which will incur additional shipping charges.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2-3 days for potential delays.
